Refund and Cancellation Policy

All of our products are handmade and, in most cases, customized according to each customer's specifications. For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been shipped.

24-Hour Grace Period: If you need to cancel or modify your order, you have 24 hours from the moment of order confirmation to request it. After this time, the order will enter production and/or shipping and can no longer be cancelled or modified.

To request a cancellation within the grace period, please contact us through our official channels with your order number.
